Our Statement of Purpose
Our Purpose is to provide local families with an opportunity to give their children a quality, Christian-based preschool education. The school furnishes a developmentally appropriate education, balancing the cognitive, social, creative, physical, and emotional growth with the spiritual life of the children. We work to create a nurturing and joyful atmosphere in the classroom. We recognize that parents are the primary educators of their children, and wish to have open communication between parents and staff at all times.
Our goal at Open Arms is to help each child experience God's love on a daily basis.
Pam Broder Pam earned her Bachelors Degree in Youth Ministry from Gordon College. She has earned her Early Childhood Teaching Certification and is a teacher in both the T/TH and M/W/F class. She has been involved at Covenant Community Church for eleven years, where she teaches Vacation Bible School and serves as the Youth Pastor. Pam is married and lives in Sandwich with her husband and three daughters. She loves to bake and is a devoted member of Red Sox Nation. |
Nancy Neill Nancy is lead-teacher qualified with an Early Childhood Education from Cape Cod Community College and has been teaching for twenty years. She is the lead-teacher of the T/TH class and teaches in the M/W/F class. Nancy has been in volved at Covenant Community Church for twenty-three years, where she directs Vacation Bible School as well as KidsQuest, the preschool and elementary-aged Christian Education program. Nancy is married and lives in Sandwich with her husband. She has three grown children and four grandchildren. Nancy enjoys reading a good book and walking the Canal.

Amanda Shores Many is lead-teacher qualified with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching for seven years. She is the lead teacher of the M/W/F class and the administrator of the program. She has been involved at Covenanat Community Church for twenty-three years, where she teaches Vacation Bible School and is in charge of the Nursery. Mandy is married and lives in Sandwich with her husband and four children. She enjoys jogging and spending time with her family.
